Bicester and Woodstock, created as of 1 January 2024, results from the 2023 Review of Parliamentary constituency boundaries in England. It comprises parts of the constituencies of Witney, Oxford West & Abingdon, Banbury, and Henley. Eight of the thirteen wards Bicester and Woodstock are represented by hardworking Liberal Democrat Councillors who bring their experience and expertise to this new local branch.

Bicester Town councillors are pleased to report that despite inflation and rises in National Insurance, they have been able to produce a balanced budget that keeps costs for council tax payers to a minimum whilst maintaining investment.
Let’s be clear, this is a scandal that has been ignored by successive governments who have sat back and watched Thames Water’s ailing performance, plunging themselves into unprecedented levels of debt and leaving customers to pay the bill.
