February 2026 Middle East Reception

It was a pleasure to host the Middle East Reception at Parliament. This brought together an impressive gathering of ministers, diplomats, parliamentarians, and leaders from the business and charitable sectors for an evening focused on dialogue and cooperation. Guests included Minister Hamish Falconer and Ambassador Husam Zomlot, whose presence underscored the importance of constructive engagement at a time of significant regional challenges.

During the event, Minister Falconer delivered remarks highlighting Britain’s ongoing commitment to supporting stability, partnership, and humanitarian efforts across the Middle East.
