Lib Dem councillors are calling for property owners to improve the Headington district centre shopping experience.

We want to see outreach to potential new businesses, and interim uses where a commercial operator cannot currently be found. This would reduce vacancies, and the long-term damage this does to the street scene and the district centre’s attractiveness.
