Don’t let Labour Carve Up Cumnor!

The Labour City Council Leadership has submitted plans to the Government that would split Cumnor Parish between two separate wards as part of its plans for the Greater Oxford Unitary.

This would split up a well established local community and goes against what many local residents want.

Residents are already being asked to accept major changes to how our area is governed. They should at least have a say in how their own communities are represented.

The local Lib Dems believe Cumnor Parish should stay together, with one ward representing the whole parish. This is supported by all five Oxfordshire MPs and the local community.
